KOPR Live Theta-38 → Theta-60
Documented mainline changes from Theta-38 through Theta-60. Current user documentation follows the final Theta-60 behavior; superseded intermediate behavior is retained here only as history.
Evidence boundary: no standalone authoritative report was supplied for Theta-43, Theta-48 or Theta-49, and Theta-50 is confirmed only as a baseline identity. This changelog does not invent missing deltas.

- Use the Theta-59 WCCD Tail origin→endpoint workflow.
